The BIANCO® T-KOMPACT 600 FELT COMPACTORguarantees excellent shrinkage, improving the dimensional stability of knitted fabrics and additionally ensures an excellent handle.
The use of steam heated large diameter (600 mm) cylinders, with optional diathermic oil, ensures high production speed with excellent shrinkage. A combination with the STRETCHER also allows for adjustment of the height of the fabric.
The T-Kompact 600, unique in its class, allows high production speeds with unrivalled fabric stability. Release of the fabric is possible by plaiter, precision plaiter with small roll, non-stop winder with small precision roll or packing line.

Tubular Opener
The BIANCO® TUBULAR OPENER is a line for the treatment of tubular woven fabrics after washing and dyeing. It winds and relaxes the fabric rope and reduces moisture in the material without centrifuging.
Cylinder Straightener
The BIANCO® STC2 CYLINDER STRAIGHTENER corrects diagonal and/or curved distortions.
A diagonal correction unit consisting of three idle cylinders and two/three curved cylinders that guarantees fabric distortion correction.
At the output of the correction systems is a reading bridge with highly sensitive optical sensors that are able to remotely detect eventual distortions in the fabric in order to adjust the correction systems.
